What do you do?

Step 1 — Choose Your 1 Goal

Pick one goal that can be completed in 7 days.

Examples:

• “Do 20 minutes of recording every day”

• “Post 1 reel or every day”

• “Read 10 pages every day”

• “Walk 1 mile every day”

• “Clean 1 part of my environment each day”

(Keep it simple, doable, and trackable.)

Step 2 — Define your WHY?

Before starting, answer:

Why do I want this goal?

What will improving this area do for me?

Who am I doing this for?

This WHY becomes your emotional anchor.

Step 3 — Daily Reflection Questions

Answer these each day (video or voice memo):

1. What did I do today to move closer to my goal?

2. What challenged me today?

3. How did I push through it?

4. What will I improve tomorrow?

This builds self-awareness.

Step 4 — Accountability Rule

If YOU miss a day:

• Acknowledge it.

• You restart from Day 1.

• No excuses, no lying to yourself.

This is the discipline foundation of Moving Motive.

Step 5 — Day 7 Completion Check-In

On the final day, record a video saying:

• What was your goal

• How the week went

• What improved

• What did you learned

• What goal your choosing next or will you keep the same goal

This video becomes part of youR growth story.
